BAKSO UPIL

 

Bakso …… Upil ……???????!!!!!!!!!. Mungkin bila mendengar kata ini sepertinya sangat ganjil dan penempatan katanya tidak tepat. Tetapi bakso ini memang benar-benar adanya. Bakso ini terletak di kota Bandar Lampung, tepatnya berlokasi di Teluk Betung Jl. Ikan Tenggiri No. 50. Bagi para pencinta kuliner khususnya makanan berkuah ini. Anda harus dating dan mencobanya sendiri.

Bakso upil dahulunya hanyalah warung bakso pinggiran jalan, dengan menggunakan gerobak pedagang bakso ini menjual bakso nya. Akan tetapi dengan berkembangnya waktu dan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan makanan akhirnya bakso upil ini berkembang dan membuka kios yang tak jauh dari tempat berjualannya dahulu.

Akan tetapi mengapa bakso ini dinamakan bakso Upil ?????. awal mulanya para pengunjung yang datang sedikit bingung mengapa bakso ini berukuran sangat kecil di bandingkan bakso biasanya. Oleh karena ukurannya yang kecil itu lah para pengunjung berkata “ bakso nya kecil-kecil kayak upil” dari sana lah kata upil itu berasal.

Rasa dari bakso ini sangat enak dan kuah baksonya pun sangat sedap. Oleh karena rasanya yang enak warung bakso ini selalu ramai pengunjung nya dari dalam kota maupun luar kota. Warung bakso ini buka mulai pukul 06.00 pagi sampai pukul 09.00 pun bakso sudah habis. Oleh karena itu bila ingin mengunjungi warung bakso ini harus datang di pagi hari.
