communicate we through a process from one person to another person and one

is two type of communication there are : effective and ineffective
communication

is any advantage : increased information and knowledge, increased diversity of
view, increased acceptance of solution, higher performance levels,

are disadvantages to : group think, hidden agendas, free riders, cost.

When communicating in team we must : face your
speaker, maintain eye contact, minimise external, distraction, respon
appropriately,focus,ect

is non-verbal communication too such as
: eye contact, gesture, body language, vocal characteristic, and touch.
